Attorney Stivala has been a dedicated legal professional since her admission to the Bar in 2001, with a special focus on estate planning, real estate, and business transactions. She brings extensive experience in guiding clients through the intricacies of drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives, providing end-of-life guidance tailored to each individual's needs.

Attorney Stivala's legal practice extends to corporate and commercial transactions, where she assists clients in the formation of business entities, business sales, mergers and acquisitions, corporate minutes and stock transfers, as well as commercial financing and contract negotiations. She has substantial experience related to the purchase, sale and transfer of Pennsylvania Liquor Licenses.

A key area of Attorney Stivala's practice is real estate law. With her experience as both an Attorney and a Licensed Title Agent she guides clients through all aspects of real estate transactions, representing buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, and investors.

A Bachelor of Science graduate of the University of Scranton, Attorney Stivala earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the Courts of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

Attorney Stivala has committed time to the “Wills for Heroes” program, offering estate planning services to veterans. She is also licensed to practice law in Florida, allowing her to assist clients with business, probate, or real estate interests across jurisdictions.
